Driftwood from Devon, sea glass from Achiltibuie, a rusty nail from Ben More, on a mahogany egg-shaped base.

This tiny piece of wood had such strong features of a human face that I was immediately tempted to convey this through completing the line of the forehead and the position of the post as the neck. The sea glass fitted the gap perfectly and emphasized the special moment of having a clear vision or a ray of hope.
